we went for the sports heats on wednesday.
all the contestants were released at about 12.
so me and fiona went down to the canteen to eat
but then see like no people like that.
haha..timid us dun dare eat, so go toilet first.
later shi hui and shun yu come already then we started eating
drank lots and lots of water...
so later won;t dehydrated...biology
shows that i pay my fullest attention in class?
such a guai gia i am.
so today actually running 400m and 4x400m
luckily the 800m is on sports day.
if not sure die lor.
so 4oom i run quite slow
cause i in front run too fast liao
then until behind no more energy le.

but i think this year champion house is thompson lor
they like got a lot of star runners...
